ProofPulse is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that continuously captures “proof of value” from the tools customers already use—support desk, product analytics, CRM, and project trackers—then turns it into renewal-ready artifacts. It auto-builds a living Value Timeline per account: key outcomes delivered, incidents resolved, feature adoption milestones, and ROI notes tied to customer goals. CSMs can generate a one-page renewal brief or QBR deck in minutes, with citations back to source systems so it’s defensible. The AI helps summarize noisy activity into clear outcomes, but humans can approve/edit before anything is shared. This is not another dashboard: it’s an evidence locker and narrative builder that reduces last-minute scramble, improves internal alignment with Sales/Finance, and makes renewal conversations concrete. Realistically, it wins where teams are already drowning in tools and status updates.
