ProofPulse is a web app (with optional desktop uploader) that preflights artwork for print and packaging. Users upload PDFs/AI/EPS/SVG files and get a clear, prioritized report: missing/embedded fonts, low-resolution images, incorrect bleed, overprint/knockout issues, spot color problems, rich black misuse, transparency flattening risks, dieline conflicts, and barcode quiet-zone violations. It generates a “fix list” plus exportable notes for designers and printers, and can auto-create a client-friendly proof PDF with highlighted callouts. This is not a full design tool; it’s a quality gate that reduces reprints, delays, and embarrassing client approvals. The app targets small studios and in-house marketing teams that don’t have dedicated prepress staff but still ship lots of print assets. Pricing is per seat with usage-based overages for heavy upload volumes.
