ProofPulse is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) that continuously gathers, normalizes, and timestamps audit evidence from common enterprise systems—cloud logs, ticketing, HRIS, endpoint management, and code repos—then maps it to controls (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI). Instead of chasing screenshots and stale spreadsheets, teams get a living evidence library with chain-of-custody, retention rules, and reviewer-ready exports. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional connectors and workflows do the heavy lifting; AI helps classify artifacts, detect missing evidence, and draft auditor narratives with citations. The product is intentionally narrow: evidence collection and readiness, not a full GRC suite. That keeps implementation realistic for SMB/mid-market teams that can’t afford 6–12 month rollouts. Expect the hard part to be connector reliability, permissions, and proving integrity—without that, auditors won’t trust it.
