ProofPulse is a mobile + web AI-assisted legal evidence capture app for people and small firms who need to preserve digital proof fast (harassment texts, threats, workplace issues, landlord disputes, small claims). It guides users through a defensible collection workflow: recording context, verifying device time, capturing screenshots and files, and generating a tamper-evident evidence bundle with a clear chain-of-custody log. The app can also send “legal hold” style preservation notices to the other party and track delivery. AI helps by classifying items (messages, images, documents), extracting key dates/names, and building a simple incident timeline—without pretending to give legal advice. The output is a court-ready PDF + zipped archive with hashes, metadata, and an export format attorneys can ingest. This is not magic: it won’t guarantee admissibility, but it materially reduces the common “my evidence is messy/unusable” failure.
