ProofPulse
ProofPulse is a web + mobile crisis response app that focuses on one thing most tools fake: verifiable welfare status. During an incident, employees/contractors submit a check-in that can include a time-stamped selfie, short voice clip, GPS (optional), and a lightweight “witness confirm” from a nearby coworker. The system generates an audit trail that security teams can export for regulators, insurers, and post-incident reviews. It also supports low-connectivity operation: queued check-ins, SMS fallback, and a minimal “I’m safe / I need help” flow that works on old phones. This isn’t a replacement for mass notification; it’s the missing layer after the alert—turning chaos into defensible, evidence-backed accountability. Expect pushback on privacy and adoption; the product must be explicit about consent, retention, and opt-outs to avoid becoming shelfware.
