ProofPulse is a web app with a lightweight desktop companion that automatically captures and organizes “proof of value” during a sales cycle—emails, call snippets, meeting notes, screenshots, and customer outcomes—then packages it into a clean, shareable deal memo for managers, procurement, and the buyer’s internal champion. Reps waste hours chasing internal approvals because the justification is scattered across tools. ProofPulse connects to Gmail/Outlook, Zoom/Teams, and Slack, tags evidence to each opportunity, and generates a one-page business case with ROI assumptions and risk notes. It’s an AI-assisted app: AI summarizes and drafts, but the rep approves everything before sharing. The goal is not “more leads,” but faster deal progression and fewer stalled approvals by making the buyer’s internal selling easier and auditable.
