ProofPulse is a web app (with optional Chrome extension) that automatically captures lightweight “proof artifacts” for each opportunity—customer emails, meeting attendance, call snippets, security questionnaire status, pricing approvals, and mutual action plan checkpoints—then attaches them to the right deal in your CRM. Instead of trusting optimistic rep notes, managers and RevOps get an evidence-based deal health view: what actually happened, when, and what’s missing. The product focuses on being a thin layer on top of Salesforce/HubSpot rather than a full CRM replacement. It flags common failure patterns (no customer champion activity, legal stalled, pricing sent without next meeting, single-threading) and generates a weekly “proof gap” list for reps. This is an AI + traditional app: AI is used to classify artifacts and extract key signals, but workflows remain deterministic and auditable. Realistically, adoption hinges on low friction and clear ROI in forecast accuracy.
