ProofPulse is a web app (with a lightweight Slack/Teams integration) that turns your weekly work into credible, shareable visibility assets. It pulls signals from tools you already use (Jira/Linear, GitHub, Google Docs, Notion) and helps you assemble “proof posts” and impact briefs: what shipped, what changed, metrics moved, and who benefited. The app suggests audiences (manager, skip-level, cross-functional partners, LinkedIn), drafts concise updates, and tracks which themes you’re becoming known for. It also prompts you to collect receipts: stakeholder quotes, before/after screenshots, and links to artifacts—so promotions aren’t based on memory or politics alone. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI drafts and summarizes, but you control what’s shared. It’s built for people who do real work but get overlooked because they don’t market themselves.
