ProofPulse is a web app with optional Slack/Teams integration that captures internal know-how as short “claims” tied to evidence. Instead of dumping docs into a wiki, employees post an answer with links, screenshots, tickets, or code references; peers can verify, challenge, or mark it outdated. The system auto-generates a concise summary and a confidence score based on recency, verifications, and source quality, then surfaces the best answer in a lightweight search and Q&A flow. It also pings owners when evidence links break or when related systems change (e.g., a Jira workflow update), forcing knowledge to stay alive. This is an AI+traditional app: AI helps draft summaries, detect duplicates, and suggest reviewers, but the core value is human verification and accountability. Expect pushback: it adds process, but it prevents costly misinformation.
