ProofPulse is a web app (with Slack/Teams add-ons) that turns messy discussions into decision records that are easy to audit later. Instead of another chat layer, it captures a “Decision Card” whenever a team agrees on something: what was decided, why, alternatives considered, owner, deadline, and links to evidence (docs, tickets, dashboards). It auto-suggests decision candidates from conversation context, but users must confirm before anything is logged—no magical AI that hallucinates authority. Search works by project, topic, owner, or “why did we choose X?” and can generate a lightweight weekly digest of new decisions and open reversals. The goal is to reduce re-litigating old debates, speed onboarding, and prevent costly mistakes caused by lost context. It integrates with Jira/Linear to attach decisions to work items and with Google Drive/Notion to link sources of truth.
