ProofPulse is a web app with optional desktop helper that automatically collects lightweight “proof of work” for service teams: key project events, approvals, deliverable links, meeting notes, and client communications. It turns scattered evidence across email, Slack, Jira, Google Drive, and Zoom into a time-ordered audit trail per client and per invoice line item. When an invoice is questioned, ProofPulse generates a clean, shareable “billing packet” showing what was done, when, by whom, and where the artifacts live—without dumping sensitive internal chatter. It’s not a generic time tracker; it’s a dispute-prevention and collections accelerator for agencies, consultants, MSPs, and fractional teams. The product lives or dies on trust: clear permissions, redaction controls, and client-facing exports that look professional. If you can’t integrate reliably with the core tools, it won’t be adopted.
