ProofPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile dashboard) that tells newsletter operators what to write next using evidence, not vibes. It connects to your ESP (Beehiiv, ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Substack exports) and your link analytics, then runs controlled “micro-tests” on subject lines, lead paragraphs, and CTA placement across segments. The core output is a weekly decision brief: which topics are gaining/losing momentum, which subscriber cohorts are at risk of churn, and what to publish next week to maximize retention and paid conversions. It also includes a content backlog that auto-scores ideas based on historical performance and current audience interest signals. This is an AI + traditional app: AI summarizes insights and generates test variants, but the product’s real value is rigorous measurement, cohort tracking, and repeatable experimentation workflows.
