ProofPulse is a web app (with optional mobile-friendly flows) that automates reference checks and turns them into auditable, decision-ready signals. Candidates invite references via SMS/email; references answer structured questions plus short voice notes. The system verifies identity (phone + email match), flags suspicious patterns (same IP/device reuse, copy-paste answers, unusually fast completion), and produces a concise report with role-specific benchmarks. It integrates with common ATS tools so HR doesn’t chase people manually. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional workflows for compliance and tracking, AI to summarize references, detect anomalies, and highlight risk factors without pretending to “predict performance.” The goal is not magic hiring—it's reducing time wasted on weak candidates and preventing obvious mis-hires with better, faster, more defensible reference data.
