ProofPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps small and mid-size e-commerce brands collect and display reviews that are harder to fake. It verifies reviewers by matching order proof (Shopify/WooCommerce order ID, email hash, or payment receipt metadata) and labels each review with a clear verification badge and context (delivery time, variant purchased, region). It also detects suspicious patterns (review bursts, repeated phrasing, abnormal rating distributions) and flags them for manual moderation rather than pretending AI can perfectly judge truth. Brands get a clean review widget, a moderation inbox, and simple incentives (post-purchase email/SMS) to increase review volume ethically. Shoppers see concise “trust signals” and can filter by verified purchase, product variant, and common issues. The goal is not to replace existing review platforms, but to give merchants a credible, portable review layer they own.
