ProofPulse is a web app with AI that automatically creates and maintains “proof packs” for each deal: the most relevant case studies, security answers, ROI snippets, product one-pagers, and customer quotes—pulled from your existing sources. Reps waste time hunting for the right collateral, then send generic decks that don’t match the buyer’s industry, objections, or stage. ProofPulse connects to Salesforce/HubSpot plus Google Drive/SharePoint/Notion/Confluence and your helpdesk/Trust Center docs. It watches deal fields (industry, segment, competitors, products) and recommends a short, buyer-ready bundle with a share link and tracking. It also flags missing proof (e.g., “No healthcare SOC2 answer” or “No case study for mid-market fintech”) so marketing/enablement can fill gaps that block deals. This is not a new content library; it’s a relevance engine on top of what you already have.
