ProofPulse is a web + desktop app (with optional mobile companion) that automatically creates client-ready “proof of work” for freelancers without manual status updates. It passively captures lightweight evidence: Git commits and PRs, Figma file activity, Google Docs edits, Loom snippets, calendar time blocks, and deliverable exports. The app turns this into a clean weekly digest and per-project timeline that clients can view, comment on, and approve. It also generates change logs and invoice-ready summaries tied to milestones, reducing disputes and scope creep. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI drafts concise updates, highlights blockers, and flags risky patterns (e.g., lots of revisions, no approvals, unclear acceptance criteria). The goal is not surveillance; it’s defensible transparency that protects the freelancer and reassures the buyer, especially for remote and async work.
