ProofPulse is a mobile + web app for small and mid-sized last‑mile fleets to reduce “delivered but not received” claims and driver disputes. It captures delivery proof with a strict workflow: GPS + time lock, photo/video, optional customer PIN/QR, and automatic anomaly detection (e.g., photo doesn’t match address, GPS drift, repeat claims at same stop). Dispatch gets a live exceptions feed instead of reviewing everything. Customers receive a simple link to confirm receipt or report an issue within a short window. The system generates a dispute-ready packet (route trace, media, metadata) to share with merchants or marketplaces. This is not glamorous: it’s compliance and loss prevention. The MVP should focus on being fast for drivers and defensible for claims, not fancy routing. If you can cut claims even slightly, it pays for itself quickly.
