ProofPulse is a web + mobile AI app that turns your messy freelance work trail into clean, client-ready “proof of work” updates. It connects to tools you already use (GitHub, Figma, Google Docs, Notion, Jira, Slack) and automatically compiles weekly status reports, change logs, and deliverable summaries with links and screenshots. You choose a client template, set boundaries (what can/can’t be shared), and schedule updates. It also creates a lightweight “scope ledger” that flags new requests that weren’t in the original plan, so you can address scope creep early with a suggested message and a time/cost impact estimate. This isn’t a project manager replacement; it’s a credibility and communication layer that reduces back-and-forth, protects you during disputes, and makes renewals easier. If you don’t consistently document work, you lose money—this fixes that habit automatically.
