ProofPulse is a web app (with a lightweight Chrome extension) that automatically captures and packages “proof” from customer touchpoints into sales-ready assets. It pulls approved snippets from support tickets, Slack/Teams, call transcripts, and product analytics, then generates short, compliant proof cards: problem, outcome, metric, customer segment, and a shareable link. Reps can drop these into emails, proposals, and decks without hunting for case studies or begging marketing. Admins set guardrails: allowed sources, redaction rules, approval workflows, and brand templates. The AI suggests the best proof card for a specific account based on industry, size, and use case, and tracks which proof actually influences pipeline. This is not a full CRM replacement; it’s a focused “sales enablement proof layer” that lives alongside Salesforce/HubSpot and your existing tools.
