ProofPulse

ProofPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that captures “proof of work” for sales and account teams and turns it into clean CRM-ready activity records. Instead of reps manually logging calls, emails, meeting notes, and follow-ups, ProofPulse pulls signals from calendars, Zoom/Meet transcripts, email threads, and Slack/Teams messages, then drafts a structured timeline: who said what, next steps, risks, and commitments. Users approve or edit before syncing to Salesforce/HubSpot/Pipedrive. It also flags gaps like “no stakeholder engagement in 14 days” or “pricing discussed but no proposal sent,” and generates a one-click recap email. The goal isn’t to replace the CRM; it’s to make the CRM accurate without reps hating it. Realistically, this only works if integrations are solid and privacy controls are strict, so the product focuses on narrow, high-value workflows first (meetings + follow-ups).
