ProofQueue

ProofQueue is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for creators and small teams who need to prove social posting happened correctly. It schedules content across major platforms, then automatically captures “posting receipts”: timestamped screenshots, post IDs/URLs, and engagement snapshots at set intervals. It also flags common failures—link truncation, missing tags, wrong aspect ratios, muted audio, or platform-side publish errors—and routes them into a simple client-facing report. Instead of being another generic scheduler, it’s built for paid work: deliverables, approvals, and accountability. The MVP focuses on 2–3 networks and a clean workflow: draft → approve → schedule → verify → report. This is not magic growth; it’s operational reliability. If you manage multiple clients, sponsorship deliverables, or a distributed team, ProofQueue reduces back-and-forth and protects you when platforms glitch or someone claims “it didn’t go live.”
