ProofReel is a web app (with optional mobile capture) that helps brands and agencies validate user-generated video deliverables before approving payment. Creators record inside the app or upload footage; ProofReel automatically checks required shots, duration, aspect ratio, audio clarity, and basic brand-safety flags. It also generates a simple “proof packet” with timestamps, metadata, and a shareable review link so stakeholders can approve fast. This isn’t a new social network—it's workflow plumbing for the messy UGC economy. The product focuses on reducing back-and-forth, missed requirements, and disputes that waste time and money. It supports template-based briefs (e.g., unboxing, testimonial, how-to), versioning, and clear pass/fail criteria. Realistically, it won’t replace human review, but it can catch the obvious issues early and standardize approvals across teams.
