ProofRun
ProofRun is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) for incident runbooks that require evidence, not trust. Each step in a runbook can be bound to a “proof check” (log query, metric threshold, API response, command output, screenshot, or ticket state). During an incident, operators execute steps and ProofRun automatically captures artifacts, timestamps, and who did what. It then generates a post-incident timeline and a compliance-ready report without extra writing. This is not a general wiki or documentation tool; it’s focused on high-stakes operational procedures where auditors, SRE leads, and managers need to verify actions and outcomes. The product lives alongside existing monitoring and ticketing systems rather than replacing them. Expect a narrow initial scope: a few integrations done extremely well, strong permissioning, and immutable audit trails.
