ProofScan is a mobile AI + traditional app that helps parents baby-proof rooms without guesswork. You scan a room with your phone camera; the app flags common hazards (reachable cords, unsecured furniture, choking-sized objects, cabinet chemicals, blind strings, sharp corners) and generates a prioritized checklist based on your child’s age and mobility stage. It then links each hazard to clear, brand-agnostic fixes with difficulty, cost ranges, and time estimates. A “Proof Mode” lets you re-scan after changes to confirm improvements and track what’s still risky. The app avoids pretending it’s perfect: it labels confidence levels, asks for quick confirmations, and warns where a pro is needed (anchoring heavy furniture, gate installation on stairs). Monetization is a subscription for ongoing stage-based checkups plus optional affiliate links for supplies.
