ProofSprint
ProofSprint is a web app (with Slack/Teams integrations) that turns performance management from opinion-driven to evidence-driven. It automatically collects lightweight “proof” of impact from tools teams already use—Jira/Linear tickets closed, GitHub PRs merged, customer support outcomes, docs shipped, salesforce notes—then lets employees tag items to goals and write short context blurbs. Managers get a review-ready timeline per person, with prompts to balance recency bias and ensure equal visibility across remote/hybrid teams. The app generates a structured review draft (strengths, growth areas, goal progress) but requires human edits and sign-off to avoid hallucinated claims. Calibration is handled with anonymized evidence packets and simple distribution views, not complex ranking theater. This won’t magically fix bad management, but it will reduce missing context, bias, and the time sink of assembling reviews.
