ProofSprint
ProofSprint is a web + mobile AI-assisted professional development app that forces progress through small, verifiable deliverables. Instead of generic courses, users pick a role skill (e.g., SQL reporting, stakeholder updates, product specs) and commit to a weekly “proof” artifact: a one-page memo, dashboard screenshot, PRD, slide, or code snippet. The app provides tight templates, examples from real workplaces, and an AI coach that critiques clarity, structure, and completeness against a rubric. Users can share proofs privately with a manager/mentor or keep them personal, but each sprint ends with a portfolio-ready output and a measurable rubric score. The system is intentionally lightweight: 30–60 minutes per week, clear prompts, and accountability nudges. It’s not a replacement for deep learning; it’s a habit builder that converts learning into evidence of competence.
