It also prompts you to add context (what you did, why it mattered) and tags everything to a competency framework (IC levels, leadership principles, role rubrics). When review season hits, you export a manager-ready packet: accomplishments, impact metrics, peer feedback requests, and a narrative aligned to the next level.
