ProofStream is a review-first video platform for freelancers and small studios who constantly lose time to scattered feedback. Upload cuts, invite clients, and collect frame-accurate comments with simple “approve / needs changes” gates per version. It auto-organizes notes by scene/timecode, flags contradictory feedback, and generates a clean change list you can paste into your edit notes. The platform focuses on being a lightweight alternative to bloated enterprise tools: fast uploads, clear version history, and a client UI that doesn’t require training. It supports branded review links, expiring access, and downloadable comment reports for record-keeping. This is a combination AI + traditional app: AI is used only where it saves real time (summarizing notes, deduping, and producing actionable tasks), not for gimmicky video generation.
