ProofTrail is a mobile + web AI app that helps professionals build a credible reputation record using verifiable “proof cards” instead of vague claims. Users link work artifacts (documents, pull requests, tickets, invoices, publications, talks), request lightweight attestations from clients/teammates, and generate a shareable reputation page for job searches, sales, or partnerships. The app auto-summarizes evidence into concise impact statements, flags weak or unverifiable claims, and suggests what proof is missing (e.g., “no third-party confirmation,” “no measurable outcome,” “dated artifact”). It also monitors public mentions and reviews, but prioritizes evidence-backed reputation over popularity metrics. The output is a clean, exportable dossier (PDF + link) that’s harder to fake than testimonials and more practical than generic personal branding. It’s not magic: it won’t fix bad performance, but it will make real performance easier to trust.
