PropKitLog

PropKitLog is a mobile + web app for people who own lots of role-play props (LARP, cosplay, theater, escape rooms, D&D tables) and constantly lose track of what’s in each bin, who borrowed what, and what needs repair. Users create “kits” (e.g., Tavern Set, Sci‑Fi Medbay), scan QR labels on totes, and check items in/out with condition notes and photos. A lightweight AI assistant can auto-tag items from photos (e.g., “foam sword,” “leather pouch”) and suggest missing pieces for a kit based on past packing lists. It also generates a printable pack list and a shareable link for collaborators. This is not a marketplace; it’s inventory and logistics for hobbyists and small groups who are tired of chaos before events.
