PropPulse

PropPulse is a mobile + web app for people who own lots of role-play props (LARP, cosplay, tabletop, kids’ dress-up) and constantly lose track of what they have, where it is, and what’s safe/usable. You catalog props fast by scanning a barcode/QR or snapping a photo, then assign storage location (bin/shelf), condition, and “ready-to-use” status. The app generates printable QR labels so you can scan a bin and instantly see its contents. For groups, it supports lending checkouts with due dates, deposits, and damage notes—so shared prop closets don’t turn into chaos. It also stores simple build notes (materials, paint codes) and safety flags (sharp edges, choking hazard, allergy materials) for kid-friendly or event compliance. This is not glamorous; it’s logistics for hobbyists and organizers who are tired of wasting time and money rebuying things they already own.
