PropSafe is a mobile + web app for small rocketry teams to manage propellant inventory, storage compliance, and safety documentation without drowning in spreadsheets and binders. It tracks chemicals and components by lot, quantity, location, and expiration; generates QR labels; and keeps a time-stamped chain of custody for who moved or used what. The app includes configurable checklists for receiving, storage inspections, transport prep, and test-day handling, plus incident/near-miss reporting with photo attachments. For teams that need it, an AI assistant can summarize SDS documents, flag missing fields, and draft a simple hazard briefing from your inventory and planned operations (with clear “verify before use” warnings). This is not a consumer hobby app; it’s built for the messy reality of university labs, startups, and test sites that must prove they’re being responsible.
