ProStockIQ is a mobile + web app for salons and independent stylists that tracks professional product inventory, predicts run-out dates, and creates reorder lists tied to real service usage. Instead of counting bottles weekly, staff scan barcodes when receiving and when opening a product; the app estimates depletion based on service formulas (e.g., grams of color per application) and historical usage. It flags slow-moving items, suggests smaller reorder quantities, and alerts when vendor minimums or shipping cutoffs matter. It also supports multi-location stock transfers and simple cost-of-goods reporting so owners can see which services are profitable after product costs. This is not a “marketplace” (those are crowded); it’s a practical operations tool that saves time and money. AI is used only where it’s genuinely helpful: demand forecasting and anomaly detection (shrinkage, over-dispensing).
