ProtocolPilot is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps clinical trial operations teams prevent protocol deviations by turning messy protocol documents into site-ready, trackable workflows. It ingests the protocol, amendments, and key manuals, then generates a structured “what changed, who must do what, by when” checklist per site role (CRC, PI, pharmacy, lab). Sites acknowledge tasks, attach proof (training logs, updated worksheets), and the sponsor/CRO gets real-time compliance visibility without chasing threads. It also includes a lightweight deviation pre-check: before a visit, the coordinator answers a few prompts and the app flags likely deviation risks (e.g., window violations, prohibited meds, missing assessments). This is an AI + traditional app: AI for document parsing and change detection; traditional for audit trails, permissions, and reporting.
