ProtoPulse

ProtoPulse is a web app (with optional tablet companion) that converts clinical trial protocols into step-by-step site workflows: visit schedules, task checklists, required documents, and deviation alerts. It ingests a protocol PDF, schedule of assessments, and key study parameters, then produces a structured “site playbook” that coordinators can actually run day-to-day. The app tracks task completion per subject/visit, flags missing source documentation, and generates audit-ready evidence trails. It also includes a lightweight deviation capture flow that links deviations to the exact protocol section and visit context. This is not a replacement for CTMS/EDC; it sits in the messy middle where coordinators live (binders, spreadsheets, email). The honest reality: adoption will hinge on being faster than existing habits and integrating with incumbent systems without heavy IT involvement.
