ProtoRoute

ProtoRoute is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that helps early drug discovery teams decide which hit series to advance by unifying assay results, ADME/tox readouts, and chemistry iteration history into a single decision workspace. It ingests data from common sources (CSV/ELN exports, LIMS dumps, and instrument outputs), normalizes units, flags inconsistencies, and generates a transparent “evidence card” per compound series. An AI layer suggests next experiments (e.g., solubility, microsomal stability, selectivity panels) based on gaps and past outcomes, but it never auto-approves decisions—users must confirm. The core value is ruthless prioritization: it highlights why a series is likely to fail (liability patterns, assay artifacts, poor developability) before teams spend another month synthesizing. Realistically, it won’t replace senior scientists; it reduces the time wasted assembling and arguing over fragmented data.
