ProtoTrack

ProtoTrack is a web app with an optional desktop companion that streamlines medical imaging workflows for clinical trials and observational studies. It ingests DICOM studies from sites, auto-checks protocol compliance (sequence parameters, slice thickness, contrast timing, missing series), flags anomalies, and produces a standardized QC report for coordinators and imaging core labs. An AI module can pre-screen for obvious acquisition issues (motion, truncation, wrong anatomy) and suggest corrective actions before a costly re-scan window closes. It also manages reader assignments, blinding rules, versioned annotations, and full audit trails aligned to GCP/21 CFR Part 11 expectations. This is not a “diagnosis” tool; it’s a trial-operations tool that reduces rework, delays, and data loss. Realistically, success depends on tight integrations, regulatory-grade logging, and winning trust with a few core labs first.
