ProvenanceX is a mobile + web AI-assisted verification and documentation app for vintage and antiques. Buyers and resellers upload photos, measurements, and any markings; the app guides them through a structured capture flow (angles, close-ups, UV/flash prompts) and produces a “confidence report” with likely maker/era, comparable listings, red-flag indicators, and what additional evidence would materially increase certainty. It also generates a shareable provenance packet (photos, notes, receipts, prior owners, restoration history) that can be attached to marketplace listings or sent to buyers. The brutal truth: it won’t “guarantee authenticity” and you must avoid pretending it can; instead it reduces uncertainty and helps honest sellers present better evidence. Monetization is per-report and a pro subscription for dealers (bulk reports, branded packets, inventory export).
