ProvenanceX is a web app + mobile companion that helps collectors and galleries assemble, sanity-check, and share artwork provenance packets before a sale. Users upload invoices, COAs, exhibition catalogs, condition reports, and shipping/insurance docs; the app extracts key fields, flags inconsistencies (dates, owner gaps, mismatched titles/medium), and generates a clean, buyer-ready dossier. It also provides a lightweight “risk score” based on completeness, document quality, and basic sanctions/PEP checks for counterparties (where legally applicable). This is not a magic authenticity detector; it’s a workflow tool that reduces avoidable mistakes and speeds due diligence. The product lives or dies on trust, so it includes audit trails, immutable versioning, and permissioned sharing links for advisors, attorneys, and buyers. Monetization: subscription for galleries/advisors, per-dossier fees for occasional collectors, and enterprise plans for multi-location dealers.
