PRReviewHQ

PRReviewHQ is a web app that enforces pull-request quality gates teams actually follow. Instead of generic “LGTM” workflows, it lets you define measurable rules per repo (required reviewers by code ownership, test coverage deltas, bundle-size limits, lint/typecheck status, changelog requirements, and security scan thresholds). It posts a single, readable “merge readiness” report directly on the PR and blocks merges when rules fail—without needing to replace GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket. The product focuses on the messy reality: inconsistent reviews, rushed merges, and silent regressions. It includes lightweight analytics that show which rules catch the most issues and where review bottlenecks occur, so teams can tune policy rather than disable it. This is not a new code host; it’s a compliance layer for PR quality that’s configurable, auditable, and hard to ignore.
