PTBridge
PTBridge is a mobile app (with a simple web dashboard for clinics) that converts a physical therapist’s rehab plan into a day-by-day, trackable routine with clear progression rules. Patients scan a QR code from their clinic to import their program, then log pain (0–10), range-of-motion notes, and completion in under a minute. The app automatically adjusts volume and difficulty within therapist-approved guardrails and flags regressions or red flags (e.g., pain spikes, missed sessions) for review. Therapists get a lightweight dashboard showing adherence, symptom trends, and which exercises are failing, without becoming a full EMR. The goal is not “fitness motivation,” but reducing drop-off between appointments and making home exercise programs measurable. Monetization is primarily B2B (clinic seats) with optional patient premium for reminders and progress reports.
