It builds a lightweight coverage plan for each absence: what’s in flight, who owns what, what can wait, and what must be escalated. Connect Gmail/Outlook + Slack/Teams to auto-draft handoffs from recent threads, calendar events, and tasks, then let the user approve and edit. It generates a single shareable “PTO Brief” link for managers and teammates, plus a scheduled status message and an escalation rule (only true emergencies reach you). It also tracks post-PTO fallout (messages received, tasks reopened) to show whether the team respected boundaries and where process gaps exist. This isn’t therapy or generic habit tracking—it's operationalizing coverage so time off is less risky and less guilt-driven.
