Connect Gmail/Outlook + Slack/Teams to auto-draft handoffs from recent threads, calendar events, and tasks, then let the user approve and edit. It generates a single shareable “PTO Brief” link for managers and teammates, plus a scheduled status message and an escalation rule (only true emergencies reach you). It also tracks post-PTO fallout (messages received, tasks reopened) to show whether the team respected boundaries and where process gaps exist.
