PTScout

PTScout is a mobile app (with a simple web dashboard) that helps people train around pain, injuries, and mobility limits without guessing. You answer a short intake (where it hurts, what movements trigger it, equipment available, goals), then the app builds a conservative plan using a rules-based engine plus AI to explain form cues and substitutions. Each exercise includes “red flag” warnings, regression/progression options, and a quick self-check before and after sets (pain scale, range-of-motion). If pain spikes, the plan automatically swaps movements and reduces load/volume. This is not a physical therapist and it won’t “diagnose”—it’s a practical decision-support tool to avoid common mistakes and keep users consistent. Monetization: subscription plus optional one-time “program packs” for common scenarios (runner’s knee, desk-shoulder, low-back sensitivity).
