PulseBreak

PulseBreak is a mobile + desktop app (traditional + AI) that reduces day-to-day stress by turning wearables and calendar context into short, realistic interventions you’ll actually do. Instead of generic meditation libraries, it detects stress patterns (elevated heart rate vs baseline, long meeting streaks, late-night work) and prescribes 60–180 second “break scripts” tailored to your situation: breathing, neck/eye resets, short walks, quick journaling prompts, or boundary-setting nudges. It tracks whether you complied, what worked, and gradually personalizes timing and content. The app is brutally pragmatic: if you ignore prompts, it backs off; if you’re in meetings, it waits; if you’re overloaded, it suggests a single action. It also provides a weekly “stress budget” report with the fewest metrics possible and one concrete change to try next week. Monetization: $6–$10/month individual, optional employer plans.
