PulseBrief

PulseBrief is a web app (with Slack/Teams integrations) that forces internal comms into a single, digestible weekly brief per team and company-wide. It pulls updates from common sources (Slack channels, Jira, Confluence/Notion pages, Google Docs) and converts them into a structured draft: wins, risks, decisions needed, upcoming milestones, and “what changed.” Employees get a 3-minute read with a one-click “acknowledge” and optional “question” button; leaders get real engagement analytics (not vanity opens) plus a heatmap of confusion topics. The AI is used to summarize, deduplicate, and enforce a consistent template, but humans approve before sending to avoid hallucinated nonsense. The product is intentionally narrow: it’s not another chat tool, intranet, or newsletter builder—just the weekly brief that reduces meetings and repeated questions.
