PulseBudget

PulseBudget is a mobile + web AI-assisted time-and-energy budgeting app that forces a realistic plan: it links your calendar, tasks, and a quick 10-second “energy check-in” (morning/afternoon/evening). Instead of promising you’ll do more, it helps you do less—on purpose—by assigning an “energy cost” to meetings and tasks and warning you when your day is overbooked for your actual capacity. It highlights the top 3 drains (people, meeting types, task categories) and suggests concrete swaps: shorten, batch, delegate, or decline with prewritten messages. Weekly, it generates a blunt “energy P&L” report: what gave energy, what stole it, and what to change next week. It’s not a wellness app; it’s a scheduling guardrail that makes burnout patterns visible and harder to ignore.
