PulseBudget

PulseBudget is a mobile + web AI app that helps people manage daily energy like a budget. Instead of generic habit tips, it builds a personal “energy cost” model from quick check-ins (sleep quality, stress, workload, caffeine, social time) and optional wearable data (Apple Health/Google Fit). Each morning it suggests a realistic energy plan: 1–3 priority tasks, a cap on meetings, and recovery blocks. During the day it watches for overload signals (calendar density, late-day task switching, elevated resting heart rate) and prompts micro-adjustments: reschedule, shorten, or swap tasks. The app also tracks “energy debt” across the week and shows which commitments consistently drain you versus restore you. It’s not therapy and won’t fix burnout alone, but it can prevent predictable overcommitment and make pacing decisions visible and measurable.
