PulseLane

PulseLane is a web + mobile app for measuring and improving physical-space throughput (people, carts, pallets, vehicles) across zones like entrances, aisles, docks, and service counters. It ingests low-friction signals—Wi‑Fi/BLE pings, optional QR scans, and manual counts—to estimate flow rates, dwell time, and bottlenecks per zone and time block. The product focuses on “good-enough” operational truth rather than perfect tracking: it highlights where capacity is being lost, what changed, and what to try next (staffing shifts, lane reconfiguration, signage, appointment windows). An AI assistant summarizes weekly performance, flags anomalies, and suggests experiments with expected impact. Realistically, accuracy depends on sensor coverage and disciplined operations; the app is designed to be valuable even with imperfect data by emphasizing trends, comparisons, and before/after tests.
