PulseMemo
PulseMemo helps leaders ship short, consistent internal updates without sounding robotic or vague. It’s a web app with optional mobile companion that turns a leader’s rough notes (or a quick voice dump) into a 60–120 second “memo” with a clear headline, key decisions, what changes, and what’s expected of teams. It then measures comprehension with one-click pulse checks (e.g., “I understand what to do next”) and a single optional question (“What’s unclear?”). Leaders get a weekly dashboard showing which messages landed, where confusion clusters by team, and which topics are generating anxiety or rumors. The app integrates with Slack/Teams and email so distribution happens where people already are. It’s not a magic culture fix; it’s a practical system to reduce misalignment, repeated questions, and leadership communication drift.
