PulsePace
PulsePace is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that helps people manage daily energy by matching tasks to their real capacity. It combines short check-ins (sleep quality, stress, soreness, mood) with passive signals (steps, heart rate trends via wearables) to create an “energy budget” for the day. Users plan their day by dragging tasks into time blocks; the app flags overload risk and suggests swaps: shorter work sprints, recovery breaks, hydration, light movement, or an earlier bedtime target. It’s not a medical device and won’t pretend to diagnose anything—its goal is practical pacing to reduce burnout and improve consistency. Over time it learns which behaviors actually prevent crashes for that individual and produces simple weekly reports: what caused dips, what helped, and what to repeat. Teams can optionally use anonymized aggregate insights to reduce meeting overload and improve sustainable productivity.
